What Is Done with Personal Data

Not all credit rating services support private persons.

If a credit rating is fetched for a private person, the Personnummer will be sent to the credit rating provider's API. The response will contain the actual credit rating of the person, if there is one.

To be able to get a credit rating for a private person, the personnummer must be sent to the credit rating supplier.

Possible Avoidance of Using Personal Data

This depends on which credit rating provider that you use the add-on for. Currently, there is support for Credit Template by Creditsafe. This service supports private persons. There is a configuration setting in the Credit Info add-on to stop Lime CRM from sending requests to Credit Template for private persons. This should always be activated in a test environment, of course. We also encourage customers that have a Lime CRM test environment to link that towards a test account in Creditsafe, where usually credit ratings on private persons are blocked.
