How it Works

If a credit rating already is stored on the company in Lime CRM, this will be shown on the object card. If not, Lime CRM users can fetch a fresh rating through one click, directly from Lime CRM. It is just as easy to refresh an already existing rating. The rating data is stored in normal Lime CRM fields, which makes it possible to show and filter on them in the table view, for example.

The Credit Info add-on is built to be able to support multiple credit rating providers. But there is only one that is currently implemented:

• Credit Template service by Creditsafe.

More providers can be added as customizations.

This is a service that either approves or disapproves a company according to a template the customer has defined in Creditsafe.
