Troubleshooting

Errors can basically occur on two places:

  1. In the Lime CRM add-on
  2. At the Credit Template server

All errors will be shown in a dialog, errors coming directly from the Credit Template service will start with the following text: "Credit Template error response:"

Common Issues

User can't see the web component

Description

A logged in user can't see the web component.

Solution

Make sure the user is in a group given view permission in the configuration.

User can't see the refresh button

Description

A logged in user can't see the refresh button in the web component.

Solution

Make sure the user is in a group given update permission in the configuration.

Credit Template error response: No access to this product

Description

When doing a credit check the following error is displayed: "Credit Template error response: No access to this product".

Solution

This is an example of an error coming directly from the Credit Template service. Make sure the you have the correct user name, password and template name in the configuration. If the problem persists, contact Creditsafe.

Company 1234 is not a Swedish public company

Description

When doing a credit check the error message "Company 1234 is not a Swedish public company" is shown.

Solution

The setting onlyAllowPublicCompanies is set to true. It could also be that the registration number is in an invalid format, for example the first two digits are not 55.
